Youth Program

Okee Jiu-Jitsu has a training program specifically designed for children and young teenagers.  The training sessions focus on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques which include stand up and ground encounters, escapes, submissions and reversals.   By use of structured drills to refine motor skills, children are encouraged to advance throughout our training program.

Physical Fitness 

Our martial arts program utilizes drills that build strength, speed and stamina.  Along with endurance, their coordination and balance are also enhanced, which will give them an edge in other sports and and physical activities. 

Self Defense

The art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a unique martial art which focuses on the skill of controlling a resisting counterpart, with the intention of focing them to submit.

Leadership 

The manner in which students participate in our program promotes many different aspects of social development.  During the process of learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu confidence, discipline, team work and leadership are just a few of the skills which will be taught and practiced.
